SMTC Lower Level Conference Room, 100 Clinton Square, 126 No. Salina Street – Representatives of the Syracuse Metropolitan Transportation Council (SMTC), CENTRO, and the Green Study Committee will discuss “Sustainable Transportation” as part of the “What Does It Mean To Be Green?” study.
