Melina Carnicelli, Professor, Former Mayor, Auburn, NY, Jenny Haines, Planning Director for City of Auburn, Steve Lynch, Planning Director for County of Cayuga, Brendan Rose, Syracuse Public Artist in Residence will speak on the importance of public spaces and public art and the impact of community image on quality of life and economic development. Everyone is invited!
